Jeff Standerski
Strategic Development
Jeff Standerski leads Strategic Development for Collins Aerospace. In this role, he is responsible for setting the future business strategy for the organization, which includes enabling revenue synergies across the company's strategic business units (SBUs). These units comprise Avionics, Aerostructures, Power & Controls, Interior, Mechanical Systems and Mission Systems.
With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Jeff most recently served as the Rockwell Collins integration planning lead for Collins Aerospace while also managing his responsibilities as senior vice president of Human Resources at Rockwell Collins. He has worked across a variety of business areas, including Engineering, Commercial Systems, Government Systems, Strategy and Development, Information Management Services (IMS) and Human Resources. His roles have included senior vice president of IMS, vice president and general manager of Business and Regional Systems, vice president and general manager of Air Transport Systems and vice president of Strategy Development for Commercial Systems.
As the leader of IMS following the acquisition of ARINC, Jeff was involved in the early stages of the planning and development of the connected airplane technology that exists in the industry today, while growing the organization’s broad range of offerings, including aviation network services and ground systems, flight support and communications services and information processing.
Jeff brings the same successful track record and integrated approach to support the integration of Rockwell Collins and UTC Aerospace Systems into Collins Aerospace and to ensure that the newly formed SBUs have an optimized operational capacity and strategy to redefine the future of aerospace.
He currently serves on the Iowa Governor's STEM Advisory Council and the Cedar Rapids Business Advisory Council, and served as founding board member and past chairman of the board for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. He is also a founding board member and past Chairman of the Board for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. A native of Chicago, Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics/avionics from Parks College of St. Louis University.
