Integrated Kits & Wire Harnessing
Our dedicated wire harnessing facility delivers built-to-print assemblies or custom kits that meet your installation needs
- Laser marked wire harnesses for easy installation (single ended or fully integrated)
- Integrated tray, control box, lighted cockpit panels, pallet and honeycomb shelves
- Custom metal fabrication including doublers, brackets, plates, racks and instrument panels
- Full Cirris testing
- Custom layouts, harness jigs and 3D mockups
RF Coaxial & Specialty Cables
We offer high temperature cables for radio frequency coaxial, composite, ethernet, data bus, high definition video and other specialty applications
- 50 and 75 Ohm, aircraft-grade polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), polyethylene (PE) or fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP)
- Resistant to Skydrol and hydraulic fluids
- MIL-SPEC, FAR, DO-160, RTCA, FAA and OEM approvals
- Testing up to 20 GHz for attenuation, phase angle, VSWR, time delay
- Fully tested and certified assemblies
