Collins Aerospace is committed to Brazil, growing our investment in Brazil and contributing to the local economy, as well as supporting the Ministry of Defense and our customers in achieving the goals and objectives of the National Strategy of Defense.

Our products and solutions for Brazil range from network-enabled communications for air, ground and sea applications and electronic warfare, to advanced, integrated avionics and communications for fixed, rotary wing and unmanned aircraft and simulation and training solutions. As stand-alone products or interoperable integrated systems, these solutions enhance situational awareness for making critical decisions.

Expanding presence in Brazil

Collins is expanding our presence to better support our customers and their needs. Recently, we have added program management, business development and system engineering resources. Programs such as KC-390 and Legacy 500/450 enable us to produce product in country, develop supplier collaborations and grow our in-country services and support. We continue to assess additional opportunities to grow in Brazil and participate in the local industry.

We take pride in being an active, long-term participant in Brazil’s aerospace and defense industry. Collins has had a history and presence in Brazil for almost 40 years, supporting Brazilian military and civil aircraft operators and manufacturers with avionics and aircraft system solutions, communications and electronic systems and services. Our service facility in São José dos Campos has enabled us to meet local customers’ needs.
