Our expansive product and service offerings enable us to meet rapidly evolving global demands – regardless of location.
Currently in Singapore, China, India, Australia, Japan, Korea, Philippines and Malaysia, Collins has served the region for over 40 years. With 10,000 employees spanning eight countries and 24 locations, we are well-positioned to deliver a robust portfolio of innovative solutions that support our growing military and commercial aviation customer base in the Asia Pacific.
Our sales and customer-service engineers are located throughout Asia Pacific with service centers in China, Singapore and Australia. We also have on-site engineers in Shanghai to support COMAC’s ARJ21, C919 and XAC’s MA-60/600/700 programs. We also have engineers in Nagoya, Japan, to support Mitsubishi’s MRJ program.
At our headquarters in Singapore, we have five facilities providing MRO and manufacturing services for airlines, as well as project management, engineering and back office support for our avionics solutions.
In 2021, Collins unveiled our Singapore Innovation Hub as a bold step toward digitally transforming MRO operations. We plan to deliver proof of concepts over the next few years in areas such as robotics and automation engineering, software development, and data science that are expected to evolve into new products and enhanced service offerings for our MRO customers.
Additionally, our Innovation Hub will advance additive manufacturing capabilities and techniques to become one of three Collins Aerospace centers of excellence for additive technologies.
