Pratt & Whitney has been gathering engine data for decades. As the amount of unlocked data grew, we began to more efficiently project trends and pinpoint anomalies, helping operators reduce operational disruption through predictive and preventative maintenance.
Pratt & Whitney offers a range of services from compiled engine data to expert analysis of engine operational data. Using our ADEM™ (Advanced Diagnostics and Engine Monitoring) system, we manage customers’ engine health and maintenance planning requirements, working to maximize each customer’s specific engine performance and engine time on-wing, while maintaining predictable MRO spend. Our ADEM system currently provides analysis for more than 8,000 in-service engines.
