Kim Ernzen
President, Naval Power
Kim Ernzen is president of Naval Power at Raytheon, a business of RTX that specializes in integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors and cyber solutions. Ernzen’s Naval Power strategic business unit team provides the U.S. and its global allies in the maritime domain with sensors, space systems and precision weapon solutions to protect allied ships and sailors around the world.
Previously, Ernzen served as president of Naval Power at Raytheon Missiles & Defense. She was also vice president of Air Warfare Systems at Raytheon Missile Systems, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. Before that, she served as vice president of the Land Warfare Systems product line and as vice president of Operations for RMS.
Ernzen currently serves on the board of directors for RS Technologies and Women In Line Leadership (WILL Rise). She previously served on the boards of Tucson Values Teachers, the Wichita Children’s Home and the Junior League of Wichita.
Ernzen also serves on Wichita State University’s National Advisory Council and the College of Engineering Advisory Board. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and was an executive diversity champion at Raytheon Missiles & Defense.
She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aeronautical engineering and an executive MBA from Wichita State University.
