Our Leadership

Agnes Soeder is chief of staff to Wes Kremer, business president of Raytheon, a business of RTX that specializes in integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors and cyber solutions. 

Most recently Soeder served as vice president of Contracts, Offsets & Localization for Raytheon Missiles & Defense, leading the support of all domestic and international business arrangements as well as foreign offset obligations.

Previously, Soeder was the vice president of Contracts for Raytheon Intelligence & Space. Prior to that, she was director of estimating, pricing and strategic proposals for RI&S, providing oversight to ensure incorporation of win strategies, competitive discriminators and adherence to compliance requirements.

Before the merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020, Soeder was director of contracts for Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Systems at Raytheon Space & Airborne Systems. She has held director of contracts roles in Raytheon Company’s Missile Systems and Integrated Defense Systems businesses, as well as for the Thales Raytheon Systems joint venture.

Soeder earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international business from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles. In addition, she has certificates in advanced international management from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and global commerce from the University of Melbourne in Australia. 

She is a graduate of Raytheon’s Contracts Leadership Development, Strategic Development, Leadership Excellence and Accelerating Leadership Impacts programs.
