Dantaya Williams
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dantaya Williams is the chief human resources officer at RTX. She is responsible for the company’s Global Human Resources function, which is focused on the people strategy – including, talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee and labor relations, total rewards and employee experience.
Williams, who joined United Technologies Corporation prior to the company’s 2020 merger with Raytheon Company, has 25 years of human resources and leadership experience. She established United Technologies’ Talent, Inclusion and Engagement organization and worked in numerous positions across the former United Technologies Carrier division, with a focus on labor relations.
Williams was named by Business Insider as one of the top 33 most innovative HR executives and she received the 2019 Maria Miller Stewart – One Woman Makes a Difference Award from the Connecticut Women’s Education and Legal Fund for her commitment to community service.
She is also a member of the advisory board for Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources from Michigan State University.
