Paul Ferraro
President, Air & Space Defense Systems
Paul Ferraro is president of Air & Space Defense Systems for Raytheon, a business of RTX that specializes in integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors and cyber solutions.
Ferraro, who has held leadership positions in the aerospace and defense industry for more than 30 years, leads a strategic business unit focused on program execution, business growth and the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ASDS team provides the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, the Missile Defense Agency, the Intelligence Community and international customers with command and control, sensing, strategic missile defense, air-to-air weapon, strike and intercept capabilities.
Most recently, Ferraro served as president of Air Power for Raytheon. Prior to that, he was vice president of Seapower Capability Systems at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems before Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. He also served as vice president of Advanced Technology programs and vice president of Engineering and Technology for Raytheon Network Centric Systems.
Ferraro earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master's degree in business administration from the Boston University Executive MBA program.
